We built this because the
data was there,but it still wasn't
accessible enough.
We had attendance, engagement, achievement, pastoral knowledge, professional learning notes: all the pieces. What we did not have was a simple way to see the trend early, talk about it clearly, and then support teachers across the school in a way that felt personal rather than generic.
Visible grew out of that problem. Insight is the early warning system. Growth is the follow-through: coaching, inquiry, reflection, kete, and the school-wide practice work that has to happen after the signal appears.
Visible keeps getting sharper, because the schools using it keep shaping what it does next. Nothing here is a placeholder. It's just never finished improving.
